Entrepreneurial Leadership Program  top
The Entrepreneurial Leadership Graduate Certificate Program is an interdisciplinary 18 credit hour program of study designed for individuals who have a desire to start their own business or who have new business development responsibilities within existing businesses, industry or the professional community. Faculty from the College of Business and Technology design and teach the courses within the program.

MBA @ Work Program top
The MBA @ Work is a partnership between the College of Business and Technology and three major local employers. Recognizing the unique needs of working adults, the MBA @ Work is a cohort that is delivered into the workplace at a time adjoining the business day. It employs the latest video conferencing technology that is available in the Innovation Laboratory. MBA coursework is broadcasted currently to Nuclear Fuel Services in Erwin and PlusMark in Greeneville. The third site, CitiCommerce Solutions, will be added in 2004. A fourth class section on the MBA @ Work is available at the broadcast site in the Innovation Laboratory.
