We specialize in clinical and basic research related to the use of antioxidants in preventing heart disease, cancer, photoaging of skin, and in promoting wound healing. In addition, we have developed analytical services for the measurement of antioxidants such as a vitamin E (tocopherols as well as tocotrienols) in a wide variety of substances such as food, dietary supplements, plasma, tissue samples and in cultured cell systems. We provide consulting and research services concerning the experimental design, statistical evaluation and experimental methods used in antioxidant research projects. We are also familiar with regulatory issues related to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and the use of animal models.
